		<description>It was so amazing here in Baghdad victory camp. Running along lost lake and that is my road run rout. We enjoyed it people supported us it was realy good. May God keep the runners strong.</description>

		<description>So amazing. On my first marathon ever (Shamrock Marathon, March 22, 2009) in Virginia Beach, we ran through two military bases. Being from the area and seeing those men and women was so moving. It&#039;s odd to running and thinking, &quot;wow, this is hard&quot; and then realizing that the running you&#039;re doing is nothing when compared with the sacrifices these men and women make to afford us the  luxury of running whenever we want.</description>
