		<description>Great information, I too have found that there is a lot of mis information on the internet about running. I find that by regular small runs and wearing my belt i can lose weight at the same time.</description>

		<description>I love reading all your very valuable posts on this page but one thing I would love if you could do some writing on is barefoot running on longer distances - this is a subject I am very interested in and know many other people find interesting so if you get the time it would be n ice.
