		<description>If I&#039;m not mistaken, Josh&#039;s former PR was set somewhere around the year 2000. Over the years, he was never able to break that mark. I find it interesting that since his change to Newton running shoes, he is on a bit of a comeback. This PR is approximately 8 years after the one before - and it comes on a day when there were strong head winds.
