		<description>Thanks again, Sir Isaac, for digging up the incriminating photos to share with the Newton Running world... I will say, if you&#039;re ever going to raft and want the ideal shoe, grab a retired pair of Newtons, as they performed like no other.  The second whitewater incident farther down the river had me scaling out of the raft, which at the time was perpendicular to the water, and balancing on wet boulders in the middle of the rapid.  Good traction even under water!

Thanks for the birthday wishes too - it was a fantastic weekend!
